Schools out for the Summer!!!! Yippee skippee...first day of summer holidays was spent inside the Mission's SilverCity theatres watching Eclipse of course! Very good show, ate loads of popcorn and pop and spent time with some gal pals and their kids...seperate rows though as we have teenagers that would prefer we not even share the same theatre...second day of summer holidays was Canada Day! It was fun and exhausting at the same time...Marissa got to dance with her fellow Freestyle'rs and had a blast! Mom got to sit in one of her favorite Volkswagen's a beautiful cherry red bug! Love those cars :) and take a whopping 378 pics of the same 2 minute routine for 45 minutes ;) everyone had loads of fun, the crowd loved them! Spent the evening with friends, perfect end to the day.
Can you see the looming grey clouds? Was warm enough, just a little drizzly which was too bad, mind you the girls were quite happy that it wasn't super hot, as that would have been really hard on them to dance in.
I've been a busy little bee, organizing my workshop...pictures coming soon...organizing three kids' rooms and general mayhem ;) Picking kids up from camp and sending another off. Summer Baseball is in full swing and Matthew is on our Peewee AA team and loving it! Today we played game two in our Cloverdale tournament and my boy got the MVP for the game! Way to go Matthew ;)
Now it's time to start and finish some sewing projects!
TFSB!
